  • KRISTIN STUHR

    BOARD PRESIDENT

    Kristin holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Dance, blends her passion for dance and expertise in marketing to enhance the visibility and outreach of TwoPoint4 Dance Theater, where she serves as the Fundraising Advisor. Her professional journey through marketing, management, and nonprofit work showcases her commitment to promoting the arts. Beyond her role at TwoPoint4, Kristin enjoys choreographing competitive dance solos, line dancing, and event planning for close friends.

  • KIMBERLEY NGUYEN

    TREASURER

    The Assistant Chief of Accounting for a California State Department, combines her accounting degree with extensive experience in accounting and business management to enhance operational efficiencies and financial processes. At TwoPoint4, she applies her expertise in financial reporting and strategic goal setting to ensure robust internal controls and sound decision-making. Beyond her professional role, Kimberley enjoys hiking, movies, and spending quality time with her family and two dogs.

  • DAVID PEREIRA

    LEGAL COMPLIANCE OFFICER

    Originally from Santa Clara California, he was the former CEO of a Silicon Valley software company that developed software for mortgage lending.  He has an MBA from San Jose State University and a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Northwestern University.  He presently has an Estate Planning company in Sacramento.  He is the father of two daughters, one who is a Public Health Director for a California County and another who recently graduated from North Carolina State University.  Despite success over his career, he views his greatest success as raising two women who provide great value to our society.  His hope is that his contribution to TwoPoint4 will bring forth youth in the Sacramento community to be successful and provide even greater value to society.

  • MIMI WARSHAW

    BOARD SECRETARY

    Mimi Warshaw is a legislative advocate at the California Teachers Association. In this role, she advocates on behalf of 310,000 educators across the state with a focus on special education, language acquisition, and state agency engagement.

    Mimi has been a dancer for over 15 years and a member of several troupes within the greater Sacramento area. You can still find her taking classes at local studios and performing at community events.

    Mimi lives in Curtis Park with her husband Cory, daughter Nora, and labradoodle Arno.

  • EMILEE MERCARDO

    Emilee Chew-Bien Mercado is a co-founder and board member of TwoPoint4 Dance Theater and serves as Outreach Director of NorCal Arts. She’s been immersed in dance and arts education since 2008 and is grounded in expanding access to the arts, supporting artists- both emerging and professional, and creating spaces where people feel safe and encouraged. Coming to the arts a little later in life, she carries the drive of a 'starving artist' and a genuine passion for helping others discover their own power and individuality. When she’s not working, she and her husband Edric enjoy collecting passport stamps and hosting dance parties in the kitchen with their littles, Nora and Jun.

    ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

    As a non-voting board member at TwoPoint4 Dance Theater, Tony leverages his extensive background in dance and choreography to guide the board in strategic artistic planning and community engagement efforts. His experience in dance performance and education enriches the board’s understanding of the artistic landscape, enhancing decision-making processes. Tony's proactive involvement in board meetings ensures that artistic integrity and innovation remain at the forefront of the organization’s objectives.
